Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and driven individual to join our growing team as a Business Development Associate. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, pitching Genreve’s services, and converting leads into long-term business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and connect with potential hotel and resort partners.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads.
• Present Genreve’s service offerings.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support.
• Stay updated on hospitality trends and local market insights.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and OTA platforms.
• Prior experience in B2B sales or hospitality sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot.
• Local language proficiency (e.g., Kannada) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
