Who You Are: Fluent in English and Hindi – you can express yourself clearly and professionally on calls, chats, and emails. What You’ll Do: Follow up with Leads – Convert travel and resort inquiries into bookings with confident and friendly communication. Coordinate Payments – Ensure smooth, timely follow-ups for payments and confirmations. Client Engagement – Make feedback calls and maintain warm, long-term relationships with guests. OTA Booking Support – Handle real-time chat/call queries from platforms like Booking.com , ensuring 5-star guest interactions. Support Travel Agents – Act as the go-to contact for our network of domestic and international agents. Why Join Us?
