Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard potential clients (corporates, colleges, and partners) to promote Job Binge’s hiring and assessment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations virtually to showcase Job Binge’s offerings.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to deliver client success.
• Track leads, conversions, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred, but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition is a plus.
