Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Interns to join our growth team. You will work closely with the founders and leadership to drive partnerships, grow our reach with colleges and companies, and help in expanding our hiring events.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations (with colleges, companies, influencers)

Connect and onboard colleges for campus hiring initiatives

Assist in reaching out to HRs, TPOs, and corporate hiring teams

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor analysis

Work with the marketing and product teams for promotions aligned with growth objectives

Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and reports for stakeholder

Manage relationships with existing partners and ensure smooth communication

Participate in promotional activities like online webinars, campus drives, and hackathons

Who Can Apply:

Students currently pursuing graduation (any stream) or fresh graduate

Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)

Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented attitude

Passion for startups, recruitment, and business growth

Knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM tools, and outreach platforms is a plus
