To accelerate our growth in the SMB (Small & Medium Business) segment, we are looking for driven professionals to join our sales and business development team.


We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate – SMB


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new SMB clients through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business.
  • Understand client requirements and propose IT hardware, cloud, and managed support solutions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving lead conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, and finance) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in CRM (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and SMB market opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience:

    0–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client acquisition (experience in IT/SMB segment is a plus).


Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage with SMB decision-makers.
  • Basic understanding of IT products, cloud solutions, and managed services (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
