Role Description The BDA will drive growth by sourcing new hostel partners, maintaining listings, and supporting hostel onboarding efforts. Acting as a key connector between hostels and the Hostelbird platform, this role supports larger business development and sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Hostel Partner Acquisition Monitor market trends Onboarding & Listing Management Skills Needed: Sales + Ops Hybrid: Confident in selling, but also hands-on with execution. Travel/Hospitality Knowledge: Aware of what backpackers value (vibes, reviews, safety, community). Problem Solver: Think on your feet, fix listing or partner issues quickly.
