We’re hiring Business Development Associates who can combine empathy with drive — helping individuals understand the value of therapy and confidently guiding them to start their journey with us.

This is a high-performance sales role. You’ll be speaking to leads who’ve already expressed interest in therapy, identifying their needs, and converting them into paying clients. You’ll be measured purely on outcomes — not hours — and rewarded for results.

• Speak with potential clients who’ve taken assessments or shown interest in our programs
• Build genuine trust while helping them make an informed decision
• Convert warm leads into enrolled clients through confident, empathetic sales conversations
• Manage follow-ups, pipelines, and revenue targets
• Collaborate with operations and therapist teams to ensure seamless onboarding
• Share data-backed insights and feedback to improve sales processes and performance

• Excellent spoken and written communication
• Strong persuasive ability and emotional intelligence
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of performance
• Prior experience in business development, inside sales, or client servicing is preferred
• Passion for wellness, growth, or human behavior is a plus
