Business Development Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
• Craft tailored proposals, pitch presentations, and sales strategies to close deals.
• Take product demonstrations to help client understand the product.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, data) to align on client requirements
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.
• Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline reports, prospects & conversions.

Job Requirements:

• Should have

  3-5 years of sales experience

  with hands on experience of entire sales cycle.
• Excellent written and oral communication and

  English skills

  .
• Internet savvy and basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Preferable industries are Media

  , B2B Dot Com, IT, Concept Selling etc
• Must have strong interpersonal and networking skills
• should be a Team player who can integrate with the sales team
• An aggressive & mature personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.

Location: Ahmedabad & Mumbai (Andheri East)
