Role Objective

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the U.S. market. The role involves generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our financial consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Generate leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present services.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create customized financial solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales (preferably in financial services or consulting).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with U.S. clients.
  • Understanding of U.S. market dynamics and client behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in financial consultancy, accounting, or investment services.
  • Knowledge of U.S. tax and compliance environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Ability to draft and deliver compelling presentations.
