Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, and nurturing relationships with potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth. Your role will involve identifying potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events, and engaging them through personalized communication to understand their requirements. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
  • Engage with potential clients through personalized communication to introduce them to our services.
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with clients to address their queries and provide additional information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to convert leads into clients.
  • Maintain a database of leads and client interactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to enhance lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Remuneration: Competitive and based on experience.
