As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company growth targets and increase market share in the ferro alloys sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our ferro alloys products.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the manufacturing or metals industry.
  • Strong understanding of the ferro alloys market and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Gender Preference: Male candidates only.
