As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company growth targets and increase market share in the ferro alloys sector. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements and providing exceptional customer service. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape analysis. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, and online platforms. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our ferro alloys products. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaboration: Work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotional strategies. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the manufacturing or metals industry. Strong understanding of the ferro alloys market and its applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage all finance-related activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing finances, invoicing, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company and supporting our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
