Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to support client acquisition, relationship management, and growth initiatives. The role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals to build a career in business development within the life sciences and language solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical, CRO, and life sciences sector
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence

Requirements:

• MBA (Marketing/International Business or related specialization preferred)
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Compensation:

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
