Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our E-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in business development within the e-commerce industry and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills to drive growth and build lasting partnerships. Pitch and onboard new clients to the platform while ensuring smooth integration. Sales Growth and Revenue Generation: Develop strategies to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute promotional campaigns. Product and Service Promotion: Educate potential clients on platform benefits, tools, and services. Demonstrate the value of e-commerce solutions to meet client needs. Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance. Prepare regular reports and updates for management on progress and challenges. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development within the e-commerce industry. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and sales strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic analytics tools.
