Business Development Associate Corporate Training

As a Business Development Associate in the Corporate Training division at Cokonet Academy, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue through B2B training partnerships, resource deployment opportunities, and long-term corporate collaborations. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and generating leads for corporate training programs, pitching Cokonet's offerings to key decision-makers, conducting client meetings to understand training needs, preparing proposals and pricing quotes, as well as maintaining a strong follow-up mechanism to convert leads into active partnerships. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 13 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in the EdTech or HR solutions domain. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot. Being self-driven with strong organizational and time-management abilities will be key to your success. Preferred traits for this position include a passion for corporate upskilling and the EdTech space, prior exposure to working with HR or L&D departments, and the ability to understand client pain points to propose tailored solutions. A proactive attitude, willingness to travel when necessary, and being a team player are also valued traits for this role.
