Business Development Representative – US Market (Real Estate & Architectural Services) - OUTBOUND CALLING / COLD CALLING PROCESS

Department: Business Development

Location: Mohali, India – Work from Office

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Salary Bracket: Up to ₹35,000 per month (freshers with good communication skills)

Reporting To: Business Development Manager

Position Summary

Biorev Studios is a global leader in 3D visualization, rendering, virtual reality, and AI-powered architectural solutions for the real estate, construction, and design industry. Our clientele includes top US realtors, home builders, developers, and architects who rely on our innovative solutions to market and sell their projects faster and better.

We are looking for high-energy, articulate, and goal-oriented Business Development Representatives to handle outbound calling for our US client base. You will be responsible for engaging decision-makers, understanding their needs, presenting our solutions and booking qualified meetings/demos for the sales team.

This is not a routine telecalling role — it’s a consultative sales position that requires research, tailored conversations and relationship-building skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Prospecting & Research

  • Use company-provided databases and online tools (LinkedIn, Zillow, Realtor.com, Houzz, etc.) to identify and qualify US-based realtors, home builders, developers, and architects.
  • Segment leads based on priority, geography, and potential revenue value.
  • Research each prospect to personalize conversations.

Outbound Sales Calling & Engagement

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to decision-makers in the US.
  • Tailor the pitch based on prospect needs and industry challenges.
  • Overcome objections with confidence and product knowledge.

Appointment & Demo Booking

  • Secure qualified meetings/demos for the senior sales or solutions team.
  • Ensure all booked appointments are well-prepared with lead context and conversation history.

Follow-up & Relationship Building

  • Follow up with warm leads and prospects who have shown interest but not yet converted.
  • Nurture long-term relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Handle re-engagement calls for dormant leads.

Data & CRM Management

  • Log every interaction, call note, and follow-up task accurately in the CRM.
  • Maintain and update lead status to ensure the pipeline is always current.
  • Ensure zero lead leakage by following a disciplined call-back process.

Collaboration & Market Intelligence

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align call strategies with company objectives.
  • Share market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback for service and pitch improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns and follow-ups.

KPIs & Performance Metrics

  • Revenue Generation: Each agent must generate revenue equivalent to 3.5× their monthly salary every month.
  • Demo Bookings: Each agent must achieve a minimum of 2 demo bookings per working day.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent spoken English with neutral or US-accent clarity.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation and active listening skills.
  • Confident phone manner with the ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
  • Knowledge of time-zone calling etiquette for US regions.
  • Ability to research prospects and personalize conversations.
  • Familiarity with real estate or architectural services preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and email platforms.
  • AI-driven approach to sales prospecting – ability to leverage AI tools for lead research, data enrichment, conversation preparation, and productivity enhancement.
  • Comfort in adopting and learning new AI-assisted workflows for outreach and reporting.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields preferred.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, inside sales or international voice process.
  • Freshers with exceptional communication skills will be considered.
