About The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and are eager to make a direct impact on student journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails (data will be provided)
  • Understand the learning needs, goals, and preferences of prospective students
  • Effectively explain course offerings, benefits, and expected outcomes
  • Handle objections and help prospects make informed decisions
  • Schedule free sessions or expert interactions for high-intent leads
  • Directly close enrollments whenever possible
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and conversions using CRM tools
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for sessions booked and enrollments

Who Can Apply

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are comfortable working on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays are critical for the business)
  • Freshers or have prior experience in sales or counselling roles
  • Have an interest or basic understanding of stock markets (preferred but not mandatory)
