Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our vibrant team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition:
• Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
• Pitch Aspire Digital Media’s services to prospective clients and generate leads.
• Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing solutions promptly.
• Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Proposal Creation:
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Customize service offerings to align with client requirements.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track sales activities and prepare performance reports for management review.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business development processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in digital marketing or advertising).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
