We’re Hiring – Business Development Executive (Immediate Joiner)

Location: Mani Casadona, Rajarhat, Kolkata (On-Site)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:15 PM

Experience Required: 0–1 Year

Compensation Structure

• Probation Period (First 4 Months): ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month

• Post-Probation CTC: ₹5 LPA

Breakdown:

– ₹3.5 LPA Fixed

– ₹1.5 LPA Incentives & Variables (Performance-Based)

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at AI Academia. The role demands strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to guide potential learners through their decision-making process. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, nurturing leads, conducting professional discussions, and converting them into enrolled learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with interested prospects to explain AI Academia’s programs and offerings

• Manage lead pipelines through regular follow-ups and structured communication

• Conduct calls, virtual meetings, and counselling sessions with potential learners

• Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students

• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions

• Achieve weekly and monthly business targets with consistent performance

• Represent the organization professionally in all interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Confidence in handling phone calls and client conversations

• Good negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working with targets

• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for maintaining data
