We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team and help us bring innovative simulation solutions to more clients.

• Identify and engage potential clients across manufacturing, medical, aviation, training, and industrial sectors
• Curate personalized outreach messages and presentations
• Manage lead generation, handle initial client communications, and set up meetings
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Drive consistent business growth and build strong client relationships

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in tech/creative services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively generate leads
• Familiarity with simulation, VR, medical, or aviation sectors is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong organizational skills and a goal-oriented mindset
