Role overview:

• Identify and convert new business opportunities related to web development, mobile development, e-commerce, digital marketing, staff augmentation etc. services.
• Execute on-call sales and warm calling strategies to engage prospective clients and assess their needs.
• Use platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator to generate high-quality leads.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new client segments and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, track progress, and update CRM tools for visibility and forecasting.
• Proactively address client queries, concerns, and feedback to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

• Experienced into Inside Sales.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skill is a must.
• Good knowledge of IT Services and experience in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage.
• Availability to work flexible night shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
