Ø Work directly with customers via telephone to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or sales.
Ø Follows up with customer via telephone following initial sales contact.
Ø Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and or services and obtains customer commitment and facilities delivery of product.
Ø Consistently meets departmental sales goals.
Ø Convert the provided leads into successful sales.
Ø Continued product education to better service customer calls.
Ø Maintain accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker.
