Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate, based in Gurugram. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating revenue, conducting market research, and delivering presentations. Day-to-day tasks will include reaching out to potential clients, following up on leads, and assisting with strategic planning to drive business growth. The associate will also be expected to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Negotiation Skills and ability to deliver exceptional performance
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
• Identify need of prospects & recommend them prospects for programs through outbound calls
• Close sales over the phone by demonstrating the value of our products
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new product offerings
