Business Development And Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

Marketing:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media and email ).- few personally and rest thru Agency team

• Oversee blogs, articles, content creation & SEO activities from outsourced agencies/freelancers for Website Ranking & SEO ranking

• Coordinate with creative partners/agencies for product videos, animations, and promotional content. • Build and maintain company profiles, product listing on platforms such as Software Suggest, G2, Clutch, etc.

• Organize and collect customer testimonials, reviews, and case studies.

• Review company websites to improve engagement, lead generation, and conversion.

• Plan and manage online ad campaigns (PPC, social media, display ads).

• Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns for different funnel stages.

•Maintain brand identity and consistency across all marketing communications and campaigns. • Understand and utilize the Marketing Funnel to design and execute effective campaigns.

Business Development:

• Generate new leads & have basic understanding of lead generation tools.

• Identify, segment, and target the right audience based on company offerings.

• Handle inbound inquiries, qualify potential leads, and ensure timely responses.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to convert pipeline into leads into opportunities.

• Maintain detailed records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups on Excel or in Lead CRM • Assist in preparing customized proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.

• Understand and apply the Sales Funnel to effectively nurture and close deals.

• Support revenue growth initiatives through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship management.

Working Days- Monday - Friday
