5. Analyze gathered data to provide actionable insights for improving recruitment strategies.

6. Create and share regular reports summarizing key findings and industry trends.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to refine lead-generation strategies and improve client acquisition efforts.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies (including AI) to continuously enhance research effectiveness.
