Business Development



1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing domain.

2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

3. Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.

4. Work closely with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.

5. Manage the full sales cycle: cold calling, lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiations, and closure.

6. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic growth opportunities.

7. Maintain and update CRM with client interactions, pipeline, and forecasts.

8. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

9. Should be flexible with travelling.

10. Should have excellent communication skills.
