Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Developer based in Chandigarh or Mohali. You’ll drive growth by generating high-quality leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr, converting opportunities into long-term client relationships. Your daily tasks will include:

• Sourcing and securing business from online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others.
• Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into loyal clients.
• Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with Intelloft’s innovative solutions.
• Achieving ambitious sales and growth targets with a results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in online bidding, lead generation, and client acquisition on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills to build lasting relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research market trends and perform competitor analysis.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about driving business growth.
• Must be based in Chandigarh or Mohali (local candidates preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
