Job Profile:

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients in domestic and international markets.
Generate leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and other digital platforms.
Promote and pitch IT services such as web development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, and enterprise software to potential clients.
Schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations with decision-makers.
Draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Collaborate with the technical team to align client needs with deliverables.
Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads, progress, and conversions.
Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
0.6 to 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in an IT company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand and communicate IT service offerings.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with sales CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of software development cycles and basic IT terminology.
Experience in B2B sales or international client engagement.
Understanding of outsourcing models and technology trends.
