Greetings From Ashra Technologies Pvt Ltd We are Hiring Job Role:Business Development Experience:3+Years Location:Hyderabad Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager IT Staffing Domestic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT Staffing , excellent industry connections, and the ability to secure new clients while ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams for quality submissions. Key Responsibilities: New Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new clients for IT staffing positions (contract and full-time). Leverage existing contacts and build relationships with Implementing Partners, Client Vendor Managers , and other stakeholders. Initiate and finalize Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with clients. Requirement Management: Obtain new IT staffing requirements from clients. Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure quality and timely submissions. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and vendor managers. Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and ensure client satisfaction. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and insights to identify new business opportunities. Regularly analyze competitors and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to the leadership team regarding business development progress and client interactions. Ensure seamless coordination between clients and the internal team to achieve staffing goals. Key Requirements: Proven experience in IT staffing business development , preferably with established contacts in implementing partner companies. Strong network with Client Vendor Managers in the IT staffing space. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to understand and present technical job requirements effectively. Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve targets consistently. Experience in securing and managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) is highly preferred. Why Join Us?
