Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in our IT staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and expanding business opportunities in the IT staffing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing services
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and hiring managers✅ Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, and referrals✅ Pitch IT staffing solutions to potential clients and close deals✅ Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements✅ Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements✅ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics✅ Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT staffing business development
Strong network of contacts in the IT industry (clients, hiring managers, HR leaders)Experience in handling contract, permanent, and project-based staffing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProven ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
