Job Description

Client Engagement:

Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential and existing clients.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate invoicing and record-keeping.

Maintain precise customer data for seamless operations.

Product Promotion & Customer Support:

Provide timely product details and demonstrations to clients.

Gather feedback to improve the customer experience and maintain long-term relationships.

Market Research & Business Growth:

Identify and target potential B2B clients in the Foods & Pharma sector.

Relationship Building:

Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Maintain regular communication with clients to secure repeat orders.

Problem-Solving:

Address and resolve challenging customer scenarios with strong decision-making and adaptability.

On-Field Marketing and Client Outreach:

  • Visit market locations, retail shops, and relevant outlets to promote and market our products effectively.
  • Engage directly with shop owners and stakeholders to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Build a strong on-ground presence to enhance brand visibility and create valuable partnerships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Food Science, Pharma, Business, or any related field.

Core Skills:

Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Personal Attributes:

a collaborative team player with adaptability to handle challenging situations.

Practical decision-making skills with a focus on problem resolution.
