Roles & Responsibilities:Control the finance and overall spending for the Power business.Ensure completeness of month-end closing activities at the consolidated level.Compile the business plan for the power business, including plant-wise plans.Complete cost audits and file them with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.Drive cost reduction projects to contribute to the bottom-line.Prepare detailed MIS, variance analysis, finance reports, and other management accounting aspects.Drive automation projects in coordination with the IT department.Liaise with external and internal auditors to ensure compliance and minimize audit observations. Desired Skills:CA/CMA with 6 -10 years of experienceGood negotiation skills, networking, interpersonal skills and Analytical skillsAbility to prioritize, plan and work effectively with others to achieve high quality results aligned with organizational objectivesDemonstration of business acumen, thorough understanding of key business driversAbility to manage internal and external environment and to develop people and foster teamwork Eligibility Criteria:60% throughout in 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-graduation without any backlogs at the time of selection and joiningMaximum 1 year of gap between either XII & Graduation or between Graduation & Post Graduation. No other gap in regular course of studies is allowed.Qualified CA/CMA in First attempt. Women professionals are encouraged to apply.
