Roles & Responsibilities: Intelligence Gathering- Create a sound information and intelligence network to stay ahead of the events in & around the vicinity of business operations Keep an eye on the white-collar crime within the organisation. Develop sources within & outside the organisation to receive regular inputs which are detrimental to the interest of the organisation Vigilance & Surveillance- Conduct regular audits, surprise checks, investigate into theft, pilferages, sabotage, negligence & other all incidents Structured Study of Site in view of I&V and Implementation of recommendation as per report & business requirement, Insider Threat Management- profile high risk stakeholders, maintain vigilance as per inputs & investigate all the suspicious findings Community Engagement- Connect with local leader, Community groups & informers to predict & manage forthcoming incident. Act as an early warning system for Plant/organisation Coordination with authorities (inside & outside)- Build working relationship with local police administration & other stakeholders Support in Security Strategies- Advise on Risk mitigation measures at site & suggest improvement based on Intelligence Desired Skills: Armed Forces / Paramilitary / Police personnel having served in Intelligence domain Graduate preferably with NCC “C” certificate, with prior exposure of I&V in an industrial environment 10-15 yrs. of relevant experience. Individuals with relevant courses / certifications on I&V from recognised institutes will be an added advantage. Good Interpersonal Skills, pleasing personality, Ability to mingle with all strata Eligibility Criteria: 60% throughout in 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-graduation without any backlogs at the time of selection and joining Maximum 1 year of gap between either XII & Graduation or between Graduation & Post Graduation.
