Your performance will be evaluated based on the following parameters: 1. Contribution to customer projects including quality, SLA adherence, ETA, number of tickets resolved, problems solved, change requests implemented, zero customer escalations, and CSAT scores. 2. Automation initiatives such as process optimization, reduction in steps, and decrease in the number of tickets raised. 3. Your primary responsibility in this role will be to document and maintain comprehensive IT disaster recovery plans for both manufacturing and enterprise systems. You will need to coordinate risk assessments and business impact analysis to identify critical systems, gaps, and recovery priorities. Leading DR exercises and simulations will be essential to ensure effective response and recovery capabilities. It will also be important to collaborate with IT, manufacturing, facilities, and business continuity teams to align DR strategies with operational requirements. Managing DR projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets, will be part of your daily tasks. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards such as ISO 22301, NIST, and SEMI Standards is crucial. Maintaining DR documentation, playbooks, and recovery scripts will be key, as well as providing regular reporting to IT leadership and executive standards on DR readiness and gaps. You will also be expected to support incident response efforts during actual disaster events, serving as a key point of contact. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT risk management is required. Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment is preferred. Strong project management and communication skills are essential, as well as experience in DR tools, backup technologies, and cloud recovery solutions. Certifications such as CBCP, CISSP, MBCP, or PMP are considered a plus.
