Resilience Analyst - IT EIS

As a Disaster Recovery Manager at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing Disaster Recovery planning efforts to ensure the adequacy of contingency plans for critical business areas, functions, and applications. Your role involves collaborating with business unit management to enhance disaster recovery plans and minimize the impact of technology system or application failures. Your main objectives include enabling effective asset management, meeting regulatory obligations, and maintaining a strong market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct communication between the BCP/Crisis Management Team, IT DR Stakeholders, Incident Response Teams, ITLT & Business Users. - Participate in business unit and development planning meetings to identify, escalate, resolve, and follow-up on outstanding issues. - Lead the development of comprehensive contingency plans and validation methodologies for effective recovery in the event of disruptions. - Perform metrics gathering, planning, testing, documentation, and provide Disaster Recovery Planning documentation and training. - Conduct periodic reviews and tests of established Disaster Recovery plans, report findings to management, and make recommendations for improvements. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in team environments related to Business Impact Analysis projects and ITDR program work. - Sound knowledge of Information and operational technologies, information security practices, and experience in conducting risk assessments and impact analysis work. - Understanding of the relationship between business impact analysis, risk assessments, and IT disaster recovery plan development. - Preferred skills in IT disaster recovery and business continuity concepts knowledge, as well as experience in planning, leading, organizing, and controlling IT system-related projects for the enterprise.,
