This role is part of its retail expansion through authorized dealer stores. Role Overview: The Business Consultant will be responsible for driving sales through a combination of in-store activities (40%) and market/site visits (60%), targeting contractors, builders, and architects to promote and sell Kohler’s luxury sanitary ware products. Work split: 40% in-store (Thaltej showroom) and 60% planned client/site visits. Field visits are to architects’, builders’, and contractors’ offices or project sites — all professional environments. Safe & Professional Setup All visits are within Ahmedabad city limits and pre-planned by the store team. No random or outstation travel. You’ll represent the dealer showroom and Kohler brand, ensuring safety and credibility. Learning & Exposure Gain expertise in luxury product consulting, client engagement, and influencer marketing. Regular interaction with architects, designers, and premium clients helps build a strong professional network. Support & Structure Daily operations are based from the store, with all market activities supported by the dealer or team. Receive continuous training and brand guidance from Kohler. Salary & Benefits Up to ₹4.5 LPA + Incentives. PF, ESIC, and petrol reimbursement as per company policy. A stable, structured role — not a high-pressure field sales job.
