About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Consultant to join our team in Cochin. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong background in sales and cold calling, and the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Present company products and services to clients and customize solutions to meet their requirements.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and business growth strategies.
• Follow up on leads, handle client inquiries, and provide professional consultation.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business consulting, or telemarketing.
• Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Multilingual proficiency – fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi/Tamil preferred.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
