We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Banking Manager to manage and grow our payment gateway partnerships and lead corporate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in merchant acquisition, corporate relationship management, and a deep understanding of the digital payments ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payment Gateway Relationship Management:
  • Build, manage, and nurture strategic relationships with payment gateway service providers.
  • Ensure seamless integration, compliance, and technical support coordination between internal teams and gateway partners.
  • Negotiate terms and drive value from payment partnerships.
  • Corporate Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and acquire new business clients for payment solutions.
  • Pitch and close deals with merchants, corporates, and enterprises for payment gateway integration.
  • Develop customized solutions and pricing models to meet client needs.
  • Client Onboarding & Account Management:
  • Oversee onboarding processes, documentation, and integration support for new clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts; handle escalations and drive client satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide strategic input for product development, new features, and market positioning.
  • Reporting & Revenue Tracking:
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts.
  • Track KPIs, revenue contribution, and account health metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in business banking, corporate sales, or digital payment solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing payment gateway relationships and B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital payments, transaction systems, and merchant operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with PSPs, payment aggregators, or acquiring banks.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks like PCI-DSS, KYC/AML, and RBI guidelines.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in payment APIs, dashboards, and transaction flows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
