Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Associate & Telecaller to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and support business growth. The role involves making outbound calls, following up with clients, and assisting in sales and business development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. - Explain products/services and answer customer queries. - Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams. - Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience. - Maintain and update customer databases. - Assist in business development and market research activities. - Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Requirements: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in [English/Hindi/ Regional Language]. - Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling. - Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers. - Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office is a plus. - Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
