What Youll Own:

  • Client Engagement:

    Manage client communications, ensuring timely, professional responses to inquiries and proposal requests.
  • Quotation & Proposal Drafting:

    Own the end-to-end process of creating accurate, customized quotations and compelling proposals aligned with business objectives.
  • Meeting & Coordination Management:

    Serve as the central coordinator for scheduling and managing critical meetings between clients and senior leadership.
  • Business Support Documentation:

    Lead the preparation of client-facing documents such as emails, presentations, agreements, and business plans.
  • Market Intelligence Support:

    Collaborate with the business development team to build business models and identify growth opportunities.
  • Internal Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies and client deliverables.

Your Role at a Glance:

  • Draft tailored quotations based on project requirements.
  • Conduct price negotiations with professionalism and strategic insight.
  • Resolve client queries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calls between clients and senior management to foster business growth.
  • Assist in preparing business plans, models, and scope of work documentation.
  • Draft professional emails, proposals, agreements, presentations, and other business documents.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Passionate and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and align with the companys business vision and strategy.
  • Solid understanding of the customer journey.
  • Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also a strong team player.
  • Graduate in B.Com / B.A / BBA.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel is a plus.
  • Prior experience in coordination or client-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Must be based along the Mumbai Western Line.
