As a Business Analytics Analyst at Citi, you will be part of the Operations Analytics team, utilizing data analysis to drive operational improvements and enhance customer experience. You will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and providing insights to enhance business decision-making capabilities. Your responsibilities will include recommending actions for future developments, strategic business opportunities, and operational policy enhancements. Additionally, you will translate data into consumer behavioral insights, drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and effectively communicate findings to business partners and senior leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Gather operational data from various stakeholders to analyze past business performance - Identify data patterns and trends to enhance business decision-making capability - Recommend actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities - Translate data into consumer behavioral insights for targeting and segmentation strategies - Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring new data sources and tools - Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, and tracking decision strategies - Assess risk when making business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications Required: - Expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, process mapping, and process re-engineering - Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and QlikView - Experience with automation tools like SAS and programming languages such as Python and SQL - Strong understanding of business operations and financial metrics - Ability to analyze customer feedback and develop solutions to improve customer experience - Knowledge of financial services operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Experience: - 2-5 years of experience for Masters degree holders - 4-7 years of experience for Bachelor's degree holders Joining Citi means becoming part of a global family of dedicated individuals where you can grow your career, contribute to your community, and make a real impact.,
