In this role at Citi, you will be part of the Operations Analytics team, focusing on using data analysis to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience in both front and back-office operations. Your responsibilities will include optimizing contact center performance, automating processes, resolving customer issues, and supporting KYC operations. By leveraging tools like NLP and AI, you will drive data-driven decision-making for operational improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to analyze past business performance - Identify data patterns and trends to provide insights for enhancing business decision-making - Recommend actions for future developments, strategic business opportunities, and operational policy enhancements - Translate data into consumer insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies - Continuously explore and evaluate new data sources, tools, and capabilities to improve processes and strategies - Collaborate with internal and external business partners to build, implement, track, and enhance decision strategies - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, safeguarding Citigroup's reputation and assets Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, process mapping, and process re-engineering (Lean, Six Sigma) - Proficiency in using data visualization tools like Tableau and QlikView - Experience with automation tools such as SAS and PySpark, along with programming languages like Python and SQL - Solid understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and ability to communicate data insights effectively - Demonstrated ability to analyze customer feedback, identify pain points, and develop solutions to enhance customer experience - Knowledge of financial services operations, regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML), and industry best practices As a successful candidate for this role, you should ideally possess a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience with 4-7 years of experience (4 years for Bachelor's) or 2-5 years for Master's degree holders.
