MumbaiCandidate should have 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst casa operationsExperience working in a bank's Middle or Back-Office operations for CASA processesHands-on experience in the full CASA operations process, including account opening, maintenance, transaction processingStrong experience in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD) , Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) & UAT plan/ExecutionExperience managing CASA account processes, including account opening documentation, data management, compliance checks, and maintenance.Requirement validation with use cases in the prototyping phaseEstablish and introduce new work procedures and/ or workaroundsPlanning and promotion of user tasks from BA�s perspectiveConduct study to analyze system effectiveness and cycle timeProvide training to local and overseas usersProvide support in User Acceptance Testing (including Test Case Creation and Issue Management)Liaise with End Users, Vendors and Head Office in migration and other project tasksAssist in the preparation of System and Operation manualsConduct Client Impact Analysis and Support Customer NotificationSupport the Team as a Subject Expert in the management of CASA related IT ProjectsFacilitate in system function and workflow designMonitor task progress of the user side, conduct issue & risk management, and provide support for solving themProvide insights and feedback to project planning with Area PMOther regular reporting such as regional progress, challenges and success to BA leadsExperience working in a bank's Middle or Back-Office operations for CASA processesHands-on experience in the full CASA operations process, including account opening, maintenance, transaction processingStrong experience in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD) , Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) & UAT plan/ExecutionExperience managing CASA account processes, including account opening documentation, data management, compliance checks, and maintenance.Should be flexible with Shifts
