Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced BA cum SME with deep expertise in Finacle Core Banking systems , business analysis , and testing . The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that banking solutions meet user and compliance needs while supporting effective test strategies. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finacle Core Banking modules. Conduct end-to-end Business Analysis for system enhancements or new implementations. Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and scenario validation. Support SIT/UAT testing phases by reviewing test cases, data, and outcomes. Lead discussions with client stakeholders and internal product/technical teams. Required Skills: Strong domain knowledge in Finacle Core Banking modules (CASA, Loans, Payments, etc.) Proven experience in Business Analysis , Requirement Gathering, and Documentation. Deep understanding of Banking workflows , regulatory norms, and functional flows. Experience in Testing Lifecycle – Test planning, execution, and defect management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in working with BFS clients in a consulting or implementation role. Hands-on experience with test tools and techniques. Prior client-facing or onsite experience is a plus.
