Business Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for liaising and bridging the gap between customers and the Wipro delivery team. Your primary focus will be to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and effectively communicate them to the delivery teams to ensure the right solutions are provided to the customers. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and engage with customers to understand their requirements, interface with client engagement partners to comprehend RFP/RFI requirements, and detail out scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, and features to capture all customer needs effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams such as project managers, pre-sales team, tech leads, and architects to design and formulate accurate responses to RFP/RFIs, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. - Maintain relationships with customers, seek feedback, and optimize business integration to enhance value delivery. - Engage with the delivery team to provide customer feedback, review test cases, conduct root cause analysis, facilitate change requests, and support QA team with testing to ensure solutions meet business needs. - Support the Project Manager/Delivery Team in defining project milestones, planning project phases, and ensuring quality deliverables on time. - Build domain expertise, share knowledge with other BAs, write whitepapers/research papers, and conduct market research to enhance business processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze customer requirements and design appropriate solutions. - Experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders. - Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions to customers.
