We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs analyzing processes gathering and documenting requirements and supporting the delivery of data driven recommendations and reports to stakeholdersKey ResponsibilitiesGather document and analyze business requirements from stakeholdersEvaluate business processes identify areas for improvement and develop optimized solutionsTranslate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teamsCollaborate with cross functional teams including IT product operations and managementCreate reports dashboards and visualizations to communicate insightsSupport project planning development testing and implementation phasesFacilitate meetings workshops and presentations to ensure clear communicationTrack and measure project outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectivesMaintain documentation including process flows requirement specifications and user guides

Requirements

2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related roleStrong analytical and problem solving skillsProficient in business analysis tools and techniques e g JIRA Confluence Visio ExcelFamiliarity with data visualization tools e g Power BI Tableau is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
