Create and maintain comprehensive documentation that captures processes, workflows, and system requirements. Facilitate process modeling sessions to visualize and streamline business processes and identify areas for improvement. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of initiatives. Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring seamless implementation. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence. Strong knowledge in SQL and data manipulation techniques. Expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement. Ability to document processes and create detailed project specifications. Solid understanding of project management methodologies. Preferred Experience with business process modeling tools. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
