Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for performing business analysis, documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and providing strategic recommendations. Daily tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze data, preparing reports, and supporting project teams with insights to drive decision-making and improvements.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis proficiency
• Experience in documenting Business Requirements and analyzing Business Processes
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the tech or healthcare industry is a plus
