Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and clarity of technical documentation. Your responsibilities will include developing, writing, and maintaining various types of technical documents such as user guides, API documentation, system manuals, process flows, and configuration guides. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to ensure that all documentation meets the highest standards and is user-friendly. In addition to technical documentation, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. This will involve conducting gap analysis, preparing functional specifications, and working with UX/UI designers to ensure alignment with documented requirements. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project goals. Quality assurance is a key aspect of this role, where you will review and edit documents for clarity, accuracy, and completeness. You will also ensure that all documentation adheres to company standards and industry best practices, as well as test and validate that the documentation aligns with the actual product functionality. The ideal candidate for this position will have a deep understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation. You should be well-versed in AI tools and their usage to enhance documentation quality and efficiency. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Ahmedabad with regular working hours and no client visits required. Salary will be commensurate with the role and experience level.,
