Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Interact with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and meetings.
Document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Create BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

2. Process Mapping & Optimization

Assess current business processes and workflows (AS-IS analysis).
Develop improved, efficient processes (TO-BE analysis).
Identify gaps, redundancies, and system inefficiencies.
Recommend automation, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze data trends and business performance indicators.
Create dashboards, reports, and insights using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.
Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations.

4. Project Coordination

Work closely with project managers, QA teams, and development teams.
Assist in project planning, timeline management, and requirement prioritization.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support QA with test case review.

5. Stakeholder Management

Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
Manage expectations and ensure smooth communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,059.00 - ₹53,420.72 per month
